Modula hosted its 2020 Annual Dealer Meeting
We are glad to announce the successful conclusion of our 2020 Dealer Meeting held on January 15- 17 in Scottsdale's Scott Resort & Spa.
The event gathered and energized more than 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 dealers from across the U.S and Canada.
The first day's agenda featured a line-up of presentations covering a wide array of high-value topics, including new products, marketing initiatives, added functions in the customer care department and the latest features of the Modula WMS. In the afternoon, four of our dealers presented their successful partnerships with Modula, followed by 2 hours of workshops to address specific training needs.
The day ended with the dealer’s incentive program awards that saw 1 Platinum Dealer winner, 6 Gold Dealer Winners and 2 Silver Level winners, followed by our Top Performer Dealers program that recognized the top 3 dealers in overall sales.
On the second day, we gave space to interaction with a SWOT and competitors analysis. All dealers were invited to share ideas, insights and fresh thinking on how we can compete at our best in the market and leverage our strength points to take advantage of opportunities.
The half-day meeting ended with a dive into a potential dealer meeting business plan that showcased how a Modula dealer can succeed by investing in our line of products.
Once again, this annual event offered a unique platform to get a different perspective on the challenges we face in the VLM market and strengthen the important relationships with our great dealer network.
We look forward to growing together in 2020 and celebrating the successes at next year’s dealer meeting.
