Modula holds International Sales Meeting in Miami

Strategies, growth, tools and ideas: these were the themes discussed during Modula’s latest International Sales Meeting (ISM) held on November 14 and 15 in Miami’s Marriott Biscayne Bay hotel. The event gathered dealer and branch representatives from all over the world with the aim to rally their efforts for the final sprint in 2017, introduce the new tools and campaigns they will leverage in 2018, and offer networking opportunities with colleagues from other regions.

The main topic at ISM 2017 was interaction: the exchange of ideas, prospects and analysis. Ample time was allocated for Q&As and group workshops. Participants enthusiastically took part in creative roleplay sessions where they reenacted everyday sales situations with customers. These interactive sessions led to analysis on how to further improve Modula’s customer experience and allowed the sales team to identify common challenges as well as share proven best practices on how to best sell the company`s innovative vertical storage solutions.

“It is great to meet with sales colleagues from other regions and to find out that our experiences are similar.” – stated Chris Bond, the new US Director of Sales – “it is priceless to get a different perspective on the challenges we face in the VLM market and learn how others handle them. No training can top that.”

The ISM also offered a good platform to celebrate Modula’s successes and growth in 2017. The gathering culminated with an evening boat trip in the splendid Miami Bay, with the lights of the skyscrapers as background.
